For more than nine years, I have worked at the intersection of U.S. immigration law, global mobility, leadership, and strategic advisory, helping high skilled professionals, startup founders, entrepreneurs, and families navigate some of the most important decisions of their lives and careers. As a licensed attorney in India and an advocate before the High Court and Supreme Court of India, my work today focuses on Leadership, Global Mobility, and Extraordinary Ability, including EB 1A, O 1, EB 2 NIW, and EB 5 strategies for individuals whose achievements and potential deserve thoughtful recognition.
My work extends beyond immigration law. I am deeply interested in intellectual problem solving, business strategy, organisational leadership, and complex problem solving. I founded Visa Architect, my first independent venture, where I worked across leadership, legal, operations, strategy, and business development, while closely collaborating with U.S. immigration attorneys and general attorneys to understand legal requirements and translate them into effective strategy, processes, and execution. I believe in understanding the problem beneath the problem, analysing the larger picture, and building solutions that are practical and sustainable.
My academic and professional foundation is rooted in law, leadership, strategic thinking, and continuous intellectual development. I have pursued legal education and professional development in India, alongside continued learning in philosophy, critical thinking, leadership, and global mobility. Today, I bring these disciplines together in my work with individuals and businesses, particularly where the challenges are complex, the answers are not conventional, and thoughtful strategy can create meaningful impact.

A Strong Petition Starts Long Before Filing
My work begins well before anything reaches the petition stage.
I take the time to understand the depth of someone’s work, identify where gaps exist, and help structure a profile that reflects its true value. From there, I work alongside U.S. counsel to ensure every petition is built on a clear and deliberate strategy.
I believe in being honest with clients about where they stand and what it will take to move forward, because a petition is only as strong as the foundation beneath it.

Leadership Across Law, Business, and Global Operations
Leadership has been a constant throughout my career. I lead a global teams that support organisations across North America, Europe, and Asia.
I’ve served as Vice President of Legal & Business at Open Venture, act as an arbitrator with Jupitice ODR, mentor emerging entrepreneurs through the Odisha Corporate Foundation, and remain actively engaged with the international arbitration community through Young ICCA.
My commitment to leadership is grounded in the Public Leadership Credential I earned through the Harvard Kennedy School.

I founded Visa Architect as my first independent venture.
It was where I learned what it truly means to build, lead, take responsibility, and solve problems.
At Visa Architect, I wore many hats: Founder, CEO, COO, Operations Head, Legal Head, strategist, and problem solver. But beyond the titles, my work was always about people.
I helped extraordinary people navigate their extraordinary careers. I worked closely with US immigration attorneys and general attorneys to understand their requirements, legal strategies, and expectations, and then helped bring the people, processes, and execution together.
I have always believed that the problem we see is not necessarily the real problem. I like to understand what is underneath it, why it exists, and what can actually be done to solve it.
That became my approach to leadership too.
I consider myself a human centric leader. I believe in empathy, but also accountability. I believe in listening, understanding, and taking ownership.
Visa Architect also taught me what I call spirituality in leadership. It taught me patience, resilience, responsibility, humility, and the importance of knowing when to hold on and when to let go.
Looking back, Visa Architect was much more than my first company. It was my first school of leadership.
It taught me to look beyond processes and see the person behind them.
And that is a philosophy I continue to carry with me: understand deeply, solve meaningfully, and lead with humanity.

I am naturally drawn to complex problems, particularly those that sit at the intersection of law, business, people, and strategy. I like to understand the complete picture, analyse the underlying structure, identify what is creating the challenge, and develop a practical path forward.
My work is not limited to addressing the problem that is visible. I focus on understanding the problem underneath it.
This perspective has shaped the way I work with businesses, founders, professionals, and legal teams. I analyse situations deeply, connect different areas of expertise, and translate complexity into clear, actionable strategy.
My experience across legal practice, business operations, leadership, and entrepreneurship has given me a multidisciplinary perspective. I can look at a problem from a legal lens, but also understand its operational, commercial, organisational, and human implications.
This is where I believe I create the most value.
I work best where the problem is complex, the answer is not obvious, and the situation requires someone to think beyond the conventional.
That is the foundation of how I approach my work today: understand deeply, analyse strategically, and build solutions that work in the real world.
